HAVE

-Reusable water bottle (there's PLENTY of water)

-Headlamp or flashlight

-Analogue reading materials, i.e. no kindles

-Bath towel

-River towel or picnic blanket

-A watch if not knowing the time kills you

*there is NO wifi or service in Pulga. Computers are useless and undesirable objects. Don't bring them.

There will be a small safe on site for valuables, but we recommend not bringing things like $5,000 watches. Or owning them, really.

USE

-Sun Protection

-Bug Protection

-General toiletries like toothbrushes and make up. There will be shared places to plug in electrical tools like a curling iron

-Make-up remover wipes/wet wipes for face/hand/body washing are really useful

-Small Ice Chest, if you are bringing food or drinks that needs refrigerating (out of town guests, we will have some on site)

-River floating device, if you want to float down the river

Showers will have biodegradable shampoo and conditioner

Please don't bring non-biodegradable/chemical-based soaps as they are absorbed back into the land.

EAT

Pulga will always have coffee and hot or cold water

Friday evening , Saturday all day, and Sunday breakfast are provided

You are on your own for snacks and Sunday dinner (potluck style). You will not have access to a kitchen, so suggestions are:

-Yogurt

-Instant oatmeal or soup packs

-Vegetables and fruits

-Salamis

-Fancy cheeses that don't care for lots of refrigeration

-Pastries, cookies, granola

-Peanut butter and crackers

-If you prefer a lot of alcohol over a several day period you should bring some

-If you prefer fancy beer, you should bring that

Sunday dinner potluck details forthcoming for those who are staying
